If there is an issue with your order I will do my best to rectify the situation. Returns are only accepted within 20 days of receiving your item.

As per Australia’s consumer protection laws, shipping fees on any and all returned items within good faith are not covered by Monique Jamie Art. Only faulty merchandise or products not covered under consumer guarantee will return shipment be paid by Monique Jamie Art.

Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately with photos if possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and rectify it.
